A&C and their owner, Verl are incredible. Called them Tuesday afternoon and he adjusted his schedule to be at our house within 24 hours. Not sure I selected the right company when he arrived (long hair, beard etc). Was I wrong. Verl is knowledgeable, honest, friendly and more than fair. Fifty years of experience and is able to answer any question and most likely able to fix any garage door problem. His customer service is off the charts. So what did he do for me. My garage door was not opening and closing, He asked me to uses the garage door opener twice and was able to diagnose the problem; a simple adjustment. I asked him what do I owe you, he said nothing. I said at least service both garage doors and he said they do not need servicing. I wanted to pay him something and he refused to accept any form of payment. Verl is from a generation that will make you forget about every other garage door company or technician. A&C and Verl are my go to garage door company. Give them a try, you will not regret it.

Verl is absolutely, hands down, the BEST! He is an expert in all things garage door and opener related. He is always happy, cheerful, and comes when he says he will be there, fixes your problem fast and for a very reasonable price. His customer service is 5+. I highly recommend A & C . I first used them in July 2020. Verl called back immediately and was out to fix my garage door within a couple of hours. When we had a few more issues recently, he was quick to call back and return. He quickly fixed the issues without even charging. It is so difficult to find good, honest, trustworthy people these days, but Verl and A & C completely met my expectations. Again, I would highly recommend them

My husband and I have used Verl and A & C Garage Door Repair for at least 10 years for everything from a new garage door, a new spring, and most recently, a new motor. We are always so pleased with Verl’s response time, the quickness and expert service we receive, and the fact that Verl is very customer-focused. He wants you to be happy, and will make sure that he does just about anything he can to make sure of that! We just had our motor replaced, and I cannot believe the difference. The new one is SO quiet, I have to double check that I actually pressed the button to open/close the door. I hope Verl never retires!! We love him and his outstanding company.

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience with A & C Garage Door Repair and Verl, the very pleasant and customer-oriented owner. After receiving a referral for A & C, I called him Monday morning around 9 a.m. and he was at my house by 10:30 a.m. that same day to do the repairs. He worked diligently for about an hour, explaining that the spring needed replacing, and to replace the cables as well since mine were worn out. Not once did I feel he was trying to “sell” me something, he was just genuine and wanted to give me the best service at the most affordable price. Altogether it was less than $275, which I happily paid to have my garage door in tip-top shape the same day I called for repairs! I”ll highly recommend Verl and A & C from here on out for all garage door needs.
